Pitfalls of building testing process in a project

Talking to other lead test engineers, I realised that we are all were making the same mistakes, and this is a good reason to share the knowledge with seniors and regular test engineers who will to grow professionally.

Once upon a time, there lived a test engineer who loved his craft. So he decided to make "the good" and improve the process of testing in his project. He used to believe that they had already had a process of testing. However, it turned out that there was a long way to go. And he went to google and travelled to far away conferences to learn what the ideal process was. And returned with a great golden knowledge. But something seemed to be missing for the process to become ideal. This presentation is about journey of lead test engineer through fire and water, through thick and thin in search for understanding that every project is unique and that there is no single key to solving all problems.
