Quite a few companies have faced a situation, when they had to immediately increase resources in QA department, or dramatically improve the quality of end result. Usually, this task seem impossible within the short time frame. That’s when outsourcing QA service is the best solution. "Outsourcing" is the contracting out of a business process to a third-party, that specializes in specific field of work. This scheme is now being successfully used by ZeptoLab, as they are sharing part of the internal QA department tasks with SPL. In our presentation we will be talking about what made ZeptoLab decide to use outsourcing services, and what results did it bring.
