User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - is the final stage of testing and its goal is to «touch» functionality to end users on the usability and the opportunity to work with him. UAT have a different goal from the one pursued by the testing.
In my report, I want to tell the example of a project in a major Bank on how to achieve mutual understanding between business users, conducting the UAT, and testers. I want to show the main types of business users, control methods and interaction with them.
