Nikita Nalyutin - Chair, Russia, Moscow

Started his career in quality assurance in 2002 as a junior test automation engineer, currently holds test manager position in large international software consultancy company. Know how to implement and follow a variety of test processes, including strict aviation process and agile process in banking industry. One of the first Russian ISTQB-certified testers (2007), Ph.D. in Software Engineering (2008), thesis is focused on quality management and configuration management. Associate professor in major Russian universities (MEPHI, MIPT, HSE), lecturer for courses on testing and logical calculus. Author of more than 30 technical and scientific papers, co-author of 3 books, including one on testing and quality management. Scientific adviser for 7 students, who succesfully graduated as MSc, two of them became succesful test leads.

Oleg is a community activist and co-founder at Testers.lviv.ua. Speaker on SQA Days-13 and IT-Weekend 2012 conferences. He's worked as a software engineer with overall work experience in software testing since 2002 in a variety of roles as a tester, test lead, auditor, trainer, mentor and consultant.

The main area of interests are security and performance testing. In off-duty time reading profiled books, blogs and articles; searching for tools to make manual testing easier; trying to automate all that need to be automated.

I am working in testing for over 10 years (since 2003). During this time I've made a career from tester to the head of functional testing. I worked in the role of team leader, technical leader, test manager, technical presale. I received extensive experience in two large outsourcing companies providing services on quality assurance. Moreover, I have experience of construction and development of in-house testing department. I have wide experience in execution of testing projects and other related work in different professional areas. Also I acted as a speaker at three conferences of "SQA Days". I certified as ISTQB Test Manager of advance level.

In 2006 I started my career as an Automation Testing Engineer. Later I changed position to a Test Team Lead and QA Manager. Now I’m the head of the Testing Department.
My interests and activities are management, coaching (testing), process improvements, psychology.
In 2010 I founded testers community named ‘QA Club Minsk’.
