Due to the force majeure situation caused by the coronavirus, as well as the ban on mass events in Moscow and the closure of the Russian border, we are with much regret having to report the postponement of the conference.
We do not want to expose you to undue risk. And these are not even the risks of getting infected, but the risks associated with possible quarantine after the trip and problems with entering and leaving the country.
It was a difficult decision for us, but we consider it justifiable to postpone the conference.
The conference will be held on November 6-7, 2020, in the same location.
We hope that by this time everything will be normally.
Almost 100% of speakers approve the shifting of the event.
Partners are all ready for new dates and also with us.
We hope that you will also treat the situation with understanding and stay with us.
If this option does not suit you, we will refund the payment for the conference in full to everyone, according to individual requests. Please treat with understanding, as this may take some time.
We apologize for these circumstances. Until recently, we hoped that the conference would be held. Unfortunately, the current situation in the world and Russia, in particular, is forcing us to take this step.
P.S. Everyone who has booked the room at the Radisson Slavyanskaya, please, cancel your reservation. It is free of charges. In case of non-cancellation, the cost of the first day will be charged from the bank card, as a penalty for no-show.
